David G. DeHart, CPA Principal - Audit David is responsible for managing all aspects of client service, including the preparation of financial statements (from compilations to audit), corporate and individual tax returns, and retirement plan returns. His primary duties include financial statement audits for nursing homes, retirement plans, financial services firms, and non-profit entities, including governmental "Single Audit", HUD, and foster care clients. He joined Duvall & Associates, Inc. in October 1986 after completing five years of practice at another local accounting firm. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wright State University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a major in accounting. He received his CPA in August 1983. David is a member of both the American Institute of CPA's and the Ohio Society of CPA's. David currently serves as President of the Clark-Shawnee Local School Board of Education, where his two daughters attend school. He is quite active in his schools. |
